Additional Notes: Straight off of PRIVATE PRACTICE, Angela has booked the role of a teacher on SECRET LIFE! Earlier this year, she played Dr. Kelly, Freddie Prinze Jr.'s boss, in the NBC pilot HAPPY VALLEY. She's had guest star and recurring roles on CALIFORNICATION and LAW & ORDER: LOS ANGELES (as a judge), recurred on DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES (as a Prison Guard), and guest starred on THE EVENT (as a nurse). Angela has also been making her mark in film. She recently played the lead role of Charlotte in the feature DEATH BY FACEBOOK. And she's been getting a lot of attention as the Mom in the much-talked-about short film THE STRANGE THING ABOUT THE JOHNSONS (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwGjKX3HToY) which played at the NY Film Festival. Angela has strong New York and regional theater credits, having worked at THE PUBLIC THEATER, AMERICAN PLACE THEATER, YALE REP., THE GUTHRIE, and ACTORS THEATRE of LOUISVILLE.
