William Pettit Agency is celebrating it's 25th anniversary. Beginning as a variety entertainment agency, Bill Pettit quickly expanded into the film and television industry and eventually opened offices in four cities. WPA has placed actors in over 500 film and television projects including "Forrest Gump", "Cold Mountain" and "One Tree Hill". Today, they focus on talent representation, film and television development and film equipment financing.

One of Bill's most interesting experiences came after opening offices in Wilmington, NC. The building was owned by actor Dennis Hopper who dropped in one day while Bill was helping an actor prepare for an audition. The actor asked Dennis to read lines.
